Thank you for taking the time to visit my website.  Please feel free to call my cell phone if you have any questions.  I am a full time realtor working with a great company, Century 21 Gold Key Realty, located on Main Street in Newark, Delaware.   I have been involved in real estate for 15 years with experience in many aspects of the business including my current employment,  law firms and a title company.  I have also personally purchased and renovated 12 homes (so far) which I have either re-sold at a profit or kept as a rental investment.    I believe that my understanding of the full real estate transaction gives me an edge over my competitors.   My degrees in business and law give me a great background for understanding and negotiating contracts.   The knowledge and experience that I have accumulated is very useful to solve the many issues that often come up in real estate transactions and I feel confident that I can find a solution that will lead to results.   My goal is to make the home buying and selling process to be stress-free and as fun as possible.
